Refund policy

• We DO NOT accept cancellations, returns or exchanges.
• You can contact us if you have any problems with your order.
• If any product is missing from your order or you understand that an error has been made, please do not hesitate to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number, name and situation to assist you.
• If there is any error caused by martedesign, you must send the order back in the same conditions as you received it, customer will pay for shipping.
• You loose your deposit after 4 days of no response from you.
