Terms of service
Once we receive your order, we will contact you if we need any details about your order via email. If you do not respond within 4 days, your order will be canceled and you will NOT receive a refund.
Some of our products are handmade items, so there may be slight imperfection in the products.
Remember to leave all the necessary information to be able to process the order, information that is not in the notes will not be added.
Design Policy
- We personally design and print some of our designs.
- By placing your order you agree to us working on the design at our discretion.
- Please keep in mind that this is a small business that works from home with only one person working on many designs.
- If you decide to place an order it is because you like our work and you agree with our policies.
- If you have a design made, we can work on it, but we are not responsible for any errors in it or failures since the design is provided by you. We require "printing approval" before sending to print from your end so if there is any misspells or errors we will not do refunds or discounts. After approval the items become final sale products. Thank you for understanding.
- For manuals only we require full information written on a canva file or word file no pictures of hand written with no exceptions.
- Each design has 4 revisions total. $15 each revision after that. These revisions don't apply to logo packages or websites.
Website Design Service Terms & Conditions
Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround for website design is 10–15 business days, subject to timely provision of required content and materials from the client. If the client does not provide necessary information, images, or services within 10 days, they will forfeit their deposit. The deposit is intended to reserve the client's spot and ensure the timely development of the website. It is not fair for clients to return after an extended period, such as 6 months later, requesting their website when others have followed the outlined instructions.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required prior to delivery of the completed website. The website will not be released until payment is received in full.
Training & Support: Upon full payment, a 40-minute Zoom training session will be scheduled to instruct the client on Shopify platform functionality.
Service Limitations: Features such as scheduling integrations, review applications, or other third-party tools are not included unless specifically stated in the purchased package.
Non-Payment Policy: If full payment is not received within 7 calendar days of the agreed timeframe, the website will be temporarily deactivated and reactivated only once payment is made in full.
Refunds & Returns: Due to the custom nature of digital design services, websites are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Ongoing Maintenance: Clients may opt into a monthly maintenance plan for an additional fee, which includes updates such as new product uploads, discount setup, and seasonal/holiday.
